As rightly said by Smriti, I don't think there is any MBA by the name of corporate MBA and what I could gauge from your query is that you want to know about Executive MBA. If you want to get into a good Institute like IIMs, XLRI, ISB etc. to get your Executive MBA degree then you need to

Do you mean Executive MBA? If you are not going for top-notch institutes, I think you can get admission in e-mba whenever you want.
