Would I am allowed to give JEE attempt 2 examination because I haven't sign for attempt 1 form

    Hi!  

    Yes, you are allowed to register and appear for JEE Main Attempt 2, even if you missed registering for Attempt 1. The two attempts are independent, and there is no requirement to have appeared for the first one to be eligible for the second.
