Would I be able to get a job considering my age if I change my field to E-accountant? If yes, how can I do the same?

I am 38 years old working with BPO in operations as an analyst for US client. I want to switch my career to Indian Accounts field. The job in BPO sector is too insecure.

Hi, According to your query I would recommend executive MBA programme from good universities especially in finance specialisation or International business will help you to change the domain and profile, accounting line will not give you good salary options and immediate growth.
