Would I be eligible for a PhD degree in psychology after B.A and M.A in psychology with "Distance education"?

I'm going for an M.A degree in psychology after my B.A in psychology with distance learning from Mumbai University. I really want to go for the PhD degree in same. So my question is that Would I be able to do PhD after M.A with distance learning? What universities offer PhD?
