Would I be eligible for MSc in Chemistry after completing BSc non medical?

I am currently doing BSc non medical. Can I persue my master's degree in chemistry after completing graduation? Would I be eligible for that?

u should have got 50 percent aggregate marks in chemistry in all three years of bsc.
