Would I face any problem in pursuing MBA? I have 3 years of gap after my 12th so I am getting a direct degree from a UGC recognized univ.
I want to do my MBA from top B-Schools.

No, there should be no problem. Gap certificate will work. Follow the below link:-

Once you get admission in MBA in an approved institute through a valid procedure, the earlier gaps in education will not matter at all.
