Hello Rachit,
CS is the branch, which is in utmost demand in RCOEM. But, there are slight chances, you can get CS in first round else you will surely get in 2nd round mostly shift 2 of CS. -

It all depends on the availability of seats and overall cut-off and other factors like your category and admission round
