No, clearing the IPMAT exam and matching the cutoff criteria is only the first phase of the IPMAT Rohtak admission process. Candidates will have to go through for further selection procedure conducted by IIM Rohtak for the second phase.Candidates need to meet the cutoff criteria to take admissions.
