Would I have to study maths and Calculus separately for MCA as I had biology in 12th (science)? I have done BCA in graduation.

Since you have earned your BCA, having a biological background in the 12th grade usually does not prevent you from pursuing an MCA (Master of Computer Applications). However during the MCA program you might come across topics related to mathematics and calculus particularly in areas like algorithms, data structures and numerical approaches. Even though you might not need to take calculus and mathematics as distinct preparation courses it could still be helpful to have a basic understanding of these subjects.
