would it be a good option to do msc in microbiology after B.Tech in food technology? I wish to work in research n development or lecturship

Yes, Microbiology is a field related to food systems. If you can do it then please go ahead. Also think of getting trained in HACCP and FSSC 22000 (Food safety management systems).
