Would it be appropriate for me to take Diploma in corporate law in final year of LLB as I want to make my career in corporate law?

I have done B.Com, M.Com, completed CS executive level last year and currently pursuing 2nd year LLB.

    JB, Pursuing Diploma in corporate law along with LL.B. is an excellent idea. This will provide you in depth knowledge about the company's affairs. ILS law College, Pune may be the good option for you. The course covers the following modules as. Module 1- Company Laws & Securities Laws, Module 2- Mergers & Acquisitions and Tax Laws, Module 3 - Bankruptcy & Insolvency Code, Employment Laws & IP Law, Further course is classroom of 72 Hours of learning (23 weekdays 2 hours & 7 Saturdays- 4 Hours each). .
