If you get admission then it would be good. But at the same time you have to see whether it interests you are not. Unless it is not going to be of your interest nothing will work for you.
Therefore if aeronautical is field of your interest and you are able to get admission then it would be beneficial for you.
    Hope it helps.!!!

Yes, America is a good option to pursue aeronautical engineering but you should not rule out the option of studying from India as well. India is a growing country in this field and people are getting very good pay as well. I can list down a few colleges I know of in India:
    • Indian Institute of Aeronautical Engineering, Dehradun
    • Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology, Thiruvananthapuram
    • PEC University of Technology, Chandigarh
    • Sathyabama University, Chennai
    • UPES, Dehradun

Not bad to choose MS in USA, you will be required to clear GRE or equivalent exam as demanded by the university.
