Hi, As u have a work ex of 5 years and that too in a public sector bank, I would say better settle for colleges like isb. U would be knowing that iims or any colleges does not provide proper placement facilities to pgpex student wen it comes in comparison to thier flagship mba course.
If in case u r willing to do mba this year, then try asking for sabbatical leave from your company and than u can take a chance for iim shillong -
