    Hello Bharath,
    Mechatronics is better than these, if available in the college. You can do Masters degree in robotics after doing graduating in ECE /telecommunications /mechanical /Mechatronics.

    Mechatronics is the subject you are seeking. It is a combination of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering. Between ECE and Telecom, ECE will be more helpful.

    You can take any of two. Mechatronics is better than these if available in the college. You can do master degree in robotics after doing graduation with ECE /telecommunications /mechanical /Mechatronics.
