Hello Bharath, Mechatronics is better than these, if available in the college. You can do Masters degree in robotics after doing graduating in ECE /telecommunications /mechanical /Mechatronics.

Mechatronics is the subject you are seeking. It is a combination of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering. Between ECE and Telecom, ECE will be more helpful.
