Would it create any problem in visa process if I want to study abroad as my mothers name is different in 10th and 12th?

In my 10th marksheet my mothers name has been written SB Khan and in 12th it is Saida Begum.

It will not create any problem - you may get a notarized affidavit made from your parents, it should work out.

SB Khan and Saida Beguam (SB) are same name and can easy be justified if there is a query. Therefore, I am of the opinion that it will create no difficulty in visa processing for you.
