Why dont you contact MS University of Vadodara Gujarat? They run very good Environmental Engg courses.

Dear Virender ,Its good to do part time M.Tech when you are working as engineer in some industry or company otherwise if you are not working anywhere you should do regular course.You will get jobs in Various comapnies since environment is on priority these days.
