I have 10 Years of IT Experience and currently posted as Project Manager. Is eMBA good for me or PMP?

Very much, Universities like Sikkim Manipal University offer MBA in Project Management. besides we have certification options from PMI in the area of Project Management. Operations Management or Systems Management is a good course to pursue.

Yes, it would be helpful to you. And I suggest you do it through part-time course as leaving the job for doing it through regular mode of education would not be that gainful as you halready have 10 years of work experience.
