Would SAP be the right career move for a BBA graduate with 12 years of experience in administration
Hi, I have 12 yrs experience in Administartion. I am a BBA graduate and i want to improve my job prospects as i want to move out from this particular field. I am very much inyerested in doing SAP or a diploma in HR. What would you advise?

go for MBA hrm from good university. this will be sure improve you job profile
same time do course of SAP from other institutes . surely you will be appreciated in carrier

I prefer you do a course in SAP (HR) which shall help you in ur future. You can also do MBA (HR) from distance mode. Doing the current job you must finish either the courses mentioned by me so that it will be easy for you to win your career.
