Would scores from distance courses done after graduation be taken for MBA entrance? Which grade is considered: distance or regular?

If a student does a graduation in normal college and secures say 70% and then he does some distance courses and secures say 80%. Which marks would be accepted in the MBA eligibility? I've heard that distance courses are equally valid. Is there a difference between DL and IGNOU?

The primary eligibility of MBA is Graduation and no other course after graduation is needed or will be considered for addition to eligibility. However, that course shall give advantage while you face the interview and this comes as an additional qualification of yours. Another clarification is that
