Would there be any problem to get a good placement? I have scored in class 10th: 37.5%, 12th: 53.2% and graduation: 53.33%.

Some companies do come with a criteria of a minimum score in graduation. It might be difficult into these companies. But a few companies do not consider your score. But you will have to defend securing low marks to get in.
