Would there be Language or communication problems in Finland.
Among all the universities that I have seen Finland was the one that was offering economically affordable BBA degrees with a lot of positive critics from round the world But I am very confused in all this isn't the language there is different And there would be issues in university and in country.

Finnish is generally considered to be a difficult language to learn for foreigners. Because of this, Finns may sometimes have difficulties with the genders of the nouns in other languages. Finnish and Swedish are the official languages in Finland and children must learn both of them at school.
