Would you please let me know which branch is good in engineering? I am in dilemma whether to take ME or CE or CS.

Some people say ME has evergreen scope. But though it is,the starting salary will be around Rs 20000 and say it is a bit tough subject. My aim is to open a company of my own but pursuing in ME hope will not help me in it because it is a large scale sector. I am in such a big confusion please help
