according to my point, working in a company is best thing for a person who is not having much background to do business.because business is bunch of risks.persons should bear those risks only he have some support from his formers, wellwisher etc.here am not specifying risks as losses in business, but it may also include in that.eventhough a person having background to do business,he should capable of doing business.so working in a company and earning salary for those is best thing.nowads organisation starts ofering accomodations in favor of employees like gratutiy,pf contribution etc.these offering were more enough to survive.

I think one should work as an entrepreneur rather than working as an employee in a company to be independent and efficient.
But in contradiction to it , if one is at its initial stage ( completed his/her degree) than at first he/she shuold learn and work as an employee in order to gain some experience in the field of business nd management which will really help him/her in establishing a firm or company and also in running it successfully.

    A Very good discussion!!
One to take Entrepreneurship is not so easy, have to gain some Knowledge, getting stability to start a venture by seeing all perspective over market needs and market value. Also needs of some experience so its a pleasure to notice that the student with enough experience can make a entrepreneurship journey a successful one.

Personally I feel for fresh Graduates Entrepreneurship is an good option, unless they have a Family owned Business. For students who want to start their own venture should do the Job in a field in which they are going to start their own business atleast for 3-5 years. This will help students to know the business perfectly and would have more understanding towards way of doing business. This will also help in growing employment opportunities at a good pace.

Entrepreneurship undoubtedly gives person the freedom to take their own decision,so if the right decisions are taken and resources are properly utilized it will yield good profit for the entrepreneur, however wrong decision may also lead to loss, which again has to be bear by the entrepreneur .I would request hkanajam anjani jha to share there valuable opinion on this.

Apart from what the other experts have shared, I'd add one more point here that, "Without an adequate industrial exposure and experience it's quite difficult to become a successful entrepreneur." Take example of any entrepreneur, most of them would have worked with other company before commencing their own business. Know How dimensions are to be clarified first. I'd be looking forward for what Aneeket Sir, aru.chopra mam, Arvind Joshi245 Sir, Kamaraju Pulugurtha , Raja M G Sir, Manmeet Kaur50173 mam and other esteemed experts say on it.

Being a enterperner or working for a company is depend on the person mind.some people wont compromise to work under the manager/some one else. once they decide to own a company they need a lot of experience and resource. But being a enterperner he/she will enjoy the whole profit as well as bear the loss too.
    Experience+
    Resource+
    knowledge=Enterperner

A good peer group, a knowledgeable team, calculative risks, strong knowledge of industry and all the internal/external factors affecting it, a good plan/strategy about the investments and resources required, strong discipline and work culture , people management, project management and most importantly 100% faith in your idea/plan.
If you possess all this things already, very few things remains to learn from corporate life/job.
so fulfilling all above criteria, its always good to take a step ahead of job and have something of your own.
    cheers

While I would love to be my own boss, I understand that not everyone has the capability to make it. One should consider risks in perspective of one's own ability, skills, understanding of markets, and nuainces of the business one wants to enter.

At a younger level, there is a need for some job experience. I feel that the young man has to do a useful job irrespective of his financial back ground and earn enough experience for launching his own enterprise.

It's better to be a freelancer at first I mean that you work for your own as a second job. carry out small project. So you can check yourself, Are you able to do things at their time whether you want it or not. can you overcome being lazy. Can you manage your second income. Then you can be a freelancer and disdtribute the jobs between young freelancer. You check the management. can you get the jobs on time, can you manage accounting? Then you put your step further and register a company with at list three years of freelancing experiance.

The answer would be YES, if:
    - the idea(business plan) is unique
    - the required expertise is with us
    - the plan is feasible
    - demand is there
    - financial power is either with us or sources are identified
    - proper market researches and studies are conducted and many other factors decide the answer.
Moreover, determination to be our own boss is another factor that produces entrepreneurs.
I'd be looking forward for what Aneeket , Arun Pande79704 , aru.chopra , arun dev , Nikhlesh Mathur Sir and others say about it.

Gomtis Corner Welcome Back! So, nice to see you back on portal.
Keeping in mind, one point is worth considering that how your business can make an impact.
Is it like you need to start the business with the hope that the business will make a difference based on idea of innovating, changing an industry, blazing a new trail or solving a problem.
Making a difference is often something that people refuse to put a price tag on as it fulfills a deeper sense of meaning for the individual. The impact your business can make is a golden nugget unto itself. It is pointless to even question if this is something one would trade for a big payout. It i
