Wt is d procedure to get admission through CMAT in k'taka (being a resident of k'taka) will there be counselling by KEA on our AIR? guide me

There is a confusion as what is d further procedure 2 get admission k'taka, will KAE announce state merit list and distribute seats through counselling or we got to approach colleges and get our admission done & I had given MAY CMAT and my AIR is around 6700 so suggest good colleges for this rank.
