Hi Swagat, To give away a general advise there are several options to go with like M.tech or MBA or Civil Services and many more, but then it is advised that you should choose from your own area of interest and also depending on your education background. If you are keen to continue a career in engineering then definitely M.tech should be the best option to go with else you can opt for MBA if interested in the management stream. Likewise there are other courses as well that can be seek for related career interests. Hi Swagat, If you prefer to continue to studies, you can do Post graduate courses and then obtain a Ph.D. You have lots of options during this P.G course like M.S/ M.Tech, IAS/IPS, Navy/NDA and Finance related courses like MBA. Pursuing Masters will always earn you more salary as well as priority during interviews and of course sound grip over subject. If you are ready to go outside India and financially sound you can prefer M.S. You need to appear for GRE/TOEFL for doing M.S in Foreign countries. All the Best.
