XAT- 82.40 %ile, B.Tech- 72%, XII- 70%, X-77%, 3 years and 3 months of experience. What is my chance of getting a call for GD/PI?

You do have a chance of getting shortlisted through XAT. The cutoff was 85.07 percentile last year. It may be worth applying to SIMSR keeping that in mind.

We don't have profile based call. But if shortlisted, your work experience will definitely help you in the final conversion.
