XIBMS is an autonomous institute. XIBMS runs their own brand of courses as well and they have not made claims that such coures are approved by DEB. But XIBMS do claim (Visit www.xibms.com) that they do offer courses of UGC, DEC and NAAC Accredited Govt University. A word of caution would be to pursue DEB approved courses.
