Yadi koi Students diploma in engineering 3rd year me hai use IAS clear karna hai use kya karna chahiye.

Any recognised graduation degree will make you eligible for civil services examinations. You can opt for lateral entry admissions to a B.Tech program.

first of all you trying to get a bachelor degree without any degree you are not fill the application form but you can check yourself, after diploma you can try or not. All The Best
