Ph.D of YCMOU is equivalent to Ph.D of other universities if the same was offered before the commencement of UGC Regulations 2009. After these regulations, YCMOU / other Open Universities (except) have stopped registration into Ph.D. As per the latest clarifications from the UGC in this regard, Ph.D
