You have state home state quota in IIT JEE advance cut of list but their is ne home state quota I. IIT why are misleading someone done?

    You are correct. Admission in IITs are based on All India Ranks. While admissions in NITs and GFTIs are based on various quota like home state, Other state and All India etc. So you are correct.
