You said your eligibility criteria for BE admission is 50 % in HSC it means you cannot consider CET as well as JEE marks.

Hello Manasi, The 50 percent score in HSC is an minimum eligibility to apply for the college. So it is not that it is the only criteria for admission. The college accepts both UPSEE and JEE Main scores for admitting the students.
