I am 11[higher secondary exam. passout in1980 &working in M P Water resources department by I.T.I. incivil draught man certificate with this education want to diploma in civil engineering by distance education programme. your institution given diploma/certificate for above cources and it is valid to

Shiksha doesn't offer any distance courses.
However for the list of instittues offering distance courses are:
