210 in jee paper 2 & 95.08 in 12th, OBC. Should I get in NIT, Raipur, Hamirpur? Is it worth.? Should I try other colleges with NATA?

Colleges like SPA-D, NITT are better for B.Arch in my opinion. However, the college that you have mentioned are also good.

Yes, your score seems sufficient enough to get you into these NIT's. But you must apply for other colleges sidewise through NATA because you just can't guess the forthcoming crowd. So, don't take any kind of risk with your counselling sessions.
