A not fit for technical education certified student from one university can take admission in other institute or university?

Hi Raj, We would like to inform you that NFTC(Not Fit for Technical Course) certificate is applicable in the institute who has issued the certificate which means that in case you want to apply for B.Tech course again in VIT, you need to start from the first semester of B.Tech. Please find the complete explanation of NFTC certificate mentioned below: "A candidate who has not obtained eligibility for third semester after a period of three academic years from the date of first admission shall discontinue the course. However, the candidate is eligible for readmission for first year B.E./B. Tech. in any college of the University. The candidate shall complete the course within a period of eight academic years from the date of first admission, failing which he/she has to discontinue the course It implies that, any candidate not getting the eligibility for the 5th semester within 6 academic years or 7th semester within 7 academic years from the date of first admission will not be able to complete the course and hence will have to discontinue after 6th or 7th academic years, respectively as the case may be."
