After studying from autonomous government polytechnic, will I get admission in 2nd year engineering in a non-autonomous engineering college?

Your question is somewhat not clear here. Well, I can help you as much I understand from your question. You can get admission in any autonomous or any private engineering college whether you complete you Polytechnic from autonomous or private college. You are eligible to get admission in the second year in any of the private institution or autonomous or private institution. I hope this will clear your doubt.
