After completing your degree, register with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) for the CS Executive Program, as graduates can directly enter this level. Pass the two-module Executive exam, then proceed to the Professional Program. Complete the mandatory 21 months of practical training, which can be started after the Executive or alongside the Professional level. Once all exams and training are completed, apply for membership with ICSI to become a certified Company Secretary.
