AIBE 2021 will not be conducted as an open-book exam. Is it a better format than the previous one? What are your views?

No its not a better format of exam but we all know how vast is law subject it is impossible to cover all the act and law of our country. So in my ipinion exam should be conducted by giving us a exact syllabus for the exam.

Open book system is a failed system as 90% criteria of percentage or limited student as advocates to be accepted degrading a nobel profession. Also no strictness to avoid cheating prohibited. I condemn such exam system. Let's allow only knowledgeable and competent thinkers in profession. There are many advocates every year admitted in thousands in every State are all competent?

This is right. Really still there is relaxation to the lawyers. I am in the favor that this exam should be like real exam or test like held college without copying. And advocates who have passed LL.B. Before 2010, they should be also tested by AIBE for natural justice to all layers, who have passed after 2010 as per constitution of India complying with Article 14 and 15. Rajkumar Dubey
    Surat.

Its a good decision to protect the sanctity and quality of the legal profession. Bare Acts along with Self Prepared Handwritten notes to be allowed.
