Am completed my MCA degree.after this am planning to study MBA is this good idea? It will help to my career? Am confused please help me.

Since you are MCA qualified it is advisable for you to stick to your field and is required pursue MBA in system or IT. An MBA from a good institute will give you an option of joining a good IT/ ITES company and build a good career.
if at your MCA stage you get placement in a good company then you could also start working and then after some years pursue MBA options depending on your work area
