For Bank PO, your graduation field is not important. What matters is your score in the PO exam.

You mentioned that you have completed B.Sc in hotel management. Now, you want to know that, can you apply for government and bank jobs or not?
B.Sc Hotel Management is a Bachelor's level degree so don't worry.
