If your B.Sc Hotel Management degree is from a UGC recongnised university then you are eligible for all Government, PSU or Government banks where eligibility criteria is graduation degree.

Yes, you can appear for Bank PO exam. In order to appear for Bank PO exam, you need to have completed your graduation.

Any candidate applying for bank PO exam should fulfil the following given academic qualification: A candidate must have a graduation degree in any of the streams such as B.A. B.Com B.Sc. B.Tech, etc. , from any university recognised by the Government of India.

I have one friend who has completed the B.Sc. In Hotel Management from LPU and got placed in reputed hotel. He also got a job in a bank as PO. So. He went for a bank job. Being alumni of LPU, let me share a few points about the Hotel Management programme at LPU :
Curriculum: High academic standards are maintained by offering the curriculum framed in consultation with industry experts. Student exposure: Being a part of a resource-rich University, the students have an advantage of interdisciplinary exposure which is not possible in standalone colleges. University-Hotel: The School also trains its students in the campus hotel named UniHotel of 25 rooms hosting national and international guests where students practice along with the staff. Infrastructure: The School has five modern kitchens with two bakeries. All kitchen and bakery are equipped to enable a student to perform scientifically and to attain their best of learning through most modern gazettes. We have few training restaurants to teach a student about the authentic serving style of food and beverage.
