Am I eligible for CTET paper-1? I have done B.Com and 1st year of B.Ed and and am currently in the 2nd-year of the same.

Hi, Minimum CTET Qualifications for Primary Stage Teacher Candidates need to meet the below-mentioned eligibility criteria for CTET exam if they want to become a teacher for Class I-V. Completed Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with minimum 50% marks and passed/appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) or Completed Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with minimum 45% marks and passed/appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002. or Completed Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with minimum 50% marks and passed/appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (BElEd). or Completed Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with minimum 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education)*. or Graduated with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree.
