    You are eligible for MA in English, but for universities like BHU and DU, you should have scored more than 55 percent in the entrance exam.

    Hi,
    For some private universities, you are eligible but for government universities such as Delhi University and BHU, you have to score a minimum of 55% to appear for the entrance exam conducted by the university.

    As you are wishing to do MA in English, which is a 2 year Post Graduate Course.
    The things which you would study in this course:
    Poetry, Drama, Prose & Fiction, Literary Criticism, Linguistics, Comparative Literature, New Literature in English.
    There is nothing to be regarded with the mark, which you need to have got and it may vary with the universities in which you are applying. Anyways, the thing which you need to possess in order to do MA Degree is that you need to have done the UG degree, which is BA, which stands for Bachelor of Arts.
