Am I eligible to get admission in a good government college if I score more than 150 in JEE mains and 74% marks in class 12th?

With 150 marks, you won't be able to get good colleges. You can drop a year, if you are passionate for IIT. -

Firstly if score less than 75% then you are ineligible for admission in IIT or NIT. If your state accepts this result then you have some chance, else please appear for your state's CET.
