I'm afraid not. JEE Mains allows three trials but they have to be in consecutive years, starting from the year in which the student gave his 12th examinations.

No brother, you are not eligible to appear in IIT JEE 2018. To get all the details about IIT JEE eligibility

As per the JEE Mains 2018 eligibility criteria, a candidate is eligible to appear in IIT JEE for a maximum 3 times, that also in consecutive years.
IIT JEE 2017 was the last chance for you to appear in IIT JEE exam.

No, JEE Mains give you only three chance in which one chance is when you are appearing for class 12th. So as you had completed your 12th in 2015 appeared in exam so you can't have one more chance to give the exam.
