Am MBA finance and have 9 years of housing finance experience. Will LL. M. in corporate law or corporate finance will give advantage.

You cannot pursue LL.M directly. First, you have to do LLB. There is no LLM in corporate finance, only corporate law is available. I don't think LLM will give you advantage here, because your main stream is MBA and it will not help with management. You can just study the law from a good book for your personal information or do CS course which is better.
