As per LPU website, based on your JEE Mains attempt you can apply for the special schedule of counseling for the B.Tech. You need to sign up over there, and apply for special schedule of counseling over there and wait for the result and the seat allotment. Last date to apply is 20th April. -
Yes, you are qualified but for more scholarship on semester fee, I suggest you to give LPU-NEST too. It's relatively easier and offers relatively more scholarship. -

Based on your JEE Mains ranking, you can apply for the special counselling schedule. After that, you will be given seat preference to fill and then finally seat allotment letter will be provided to you in which every branch you can be admitted. Later if you wish you can take the admission by paying the provisional amount if Rs. 10000.
