It would be a good choice to opt for LPU as in the present scenario this is the university which caters to the all-round development of its students and nurtures it with care to boost the career to a pinnacle of ultimate success which might be the envy of many. LPU is the only private university which has been accredited by ICAR. It has set certain standards and for this FEAT it has received many accolades. The experienced faculty along with the high standards maintained for the grooming of students has made it a hub of academic excellence. The sprawling infra structure aids the practical knowledge needed for this field and well-equipped labs have been provided to propel the career of students to a zenith. The credit transfer options allow to pursue half degree from a university abroad and get the degree of the foreign university. Many students are aspiring higher studies in International Universities such as, Technical University of Munich, Germany, Leibniz Universitat Hannover, WAGENINGEN UNIVERSITY Netherland etc. Due to ICAR accreditation of LPU, large number of companies are visiting the campus. Hello Mitali, very good question but no easy answers. LPU has a very good name academically and reputation of this institution is also very high. Their placements cell is quite efficient. Based on these factors their order should be quite high up in the hierarchy. However, on the other hand, PAU is meant for agriculture related teaching. They have large amount of land holding on which they carry out experiments. This university too has very good reputation in not only Punjab but across India. So both look equal at first glance. LPU is the only private university which has been accredited by ICAR. It has set certain standards and for this feat it has received many accolades. If I talk about the specializations then PAU is specialized in that filed but the placements are good at LPU and you get more exposure in LPU. It's up to you which one you want to choose.

LPU doesn't provide B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering but it provides B.Sc. Agriculture. If you want to know about B.Sc. Agriculture then I can provide you with that.
