How is the placement for CSE? Please provide complete details.

Now-a-days most of the institutions are floating CSE and consider it as flagship course and claims that the institute is providing best but the bets gets converted into worst when it comes to application part. As an education consultant, I have seen many institutes offering CSE but CSE offered by LPU is far way ahead with any other institute in many parameters such as rankings, exposure and placements. The university has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements of our students. Several big brands of the industry have visited LPU campus during academic sessions. Students are also provided with on job trainings, industrial exposures inculcating in them modern management skills. LPU believes in delivering the quality, for same , it has hired faculty from the reputed institutes like IITs, NITs. The syllabus is vetted from the company officials of Cognozant, SAP, Microsoft etc to provide updated curriculum. LPU has his own space shuttle programme, where students and faculty members are working on satellite programme with the joint help of ISRO. Addressing to your query, the companies which have visited as of now are: Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Amazon, Cognizant Technology Solutions, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Amdocs, Capgemini, Verizon, SAP Labs, Hitachi Power, Videocon, L&T Technology Services, Ericsson, HCL etc. It is important to mention that last year Microsoft recruited student at INR 42 lacs per annum. B.Tech CSE: Computer Science and Engineering is one the branches in LPU having wonderful placement record. Lovely professional University is best place for B.Tech CSE. LPU is Great in teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. It provides specialization also in Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Full Stack Web Development, Big Data, etc. With a great curriculum which is benchmarked with foreign universities. Placements are also good. CSE students got placement in Amazon with a package of 28 LPA. As per the last year record of LPU, the average packages in CSE are from 4 to 10 LPA.

Hello! Lovely Professional University is better than others in terms of Placements. There are two major points to be noted here, One is that Placement depends on the students equally as on the university, as student has to maintain a good academic record and should add few stars to his/her CV to land up on better placement. Secondly, University should not just focus on connecting student with the company, but should polish the student in such way that he/she is able to crack any interview easily. Being and LPU alumni, I have observed that LPU gives you ample opportunities to boost your CV and also focuses on over all development of student so that cracking any interview is a cake -walk. Many LPU students at LPU even hold multiple placement options, I am glad, I am one of those. Campus placement at Lovely Professional University has always been a sought after event for the final year students. Division of Career Services sets up recruitment drives and job fairs on a regular basis. Apart from this, it also extends abundant facilities such as resume writing sessions, career advisory services, and aptitude development workshops to proffer better placement to the students.
