It is recommended that you focus on developing strong fundamentals in addition to having hands-on practice rather than just getting the highest marks. The faculty members suggest that students should engage in activities such as live projects and case discussions, as well as develop effective communication and problem-solving strategies through the use of mock interviews. A well-rounded understanding of concepts, combined with the ability to apply them in the real world and present confidently, is essential for success during placement interviews and achieving high-level positions.

GIBS's new Campus fosters improved learning through an equal balance between studying and relaxing environments. I've honestly seen a big change in people through events like IRE Talks and AI Feast. Many students come in feeling shy or unsure, but these events slowly push us out of our comfort zone. When you listen to industry speakers on campus, it feels motivating, and you naturally start thinking, “If they can do it, maybe I can too.”

During events like AI Feast, students are encouraged to participate, ask questions, volunteer, and even speak on stage. At first it's scary, but GIBS creates a very supportive environment, so no one feels judged. With each event, confidence builds step by step.

What really helps is that all this happens right on the new GIBS campus, so we feel comfortable and confident in our own space. Over time, shy students start speaking up, taking leadership roles in events, and interacting freely with professionals.
