I want to pursue MBA from LPU. If I did not appear for any entrance exam like CAT, MAT or XAT then can I get admission?

    Hello!
    Yes you can still apply for admission at LPU. I had the same dilemma like you. I got admission in LPU through LPU NEST. Eligibility for admission is 55% in Graduation and LPU NEST. LPU NEST comprises of a test and interview. But due to COVID-19, LPU has relaxed the eligibility criteria and for admission in 2020 batch, you just have to qualify LPUNEST-Interview and also 55% in graduation. Choosing LPU for MBA is a great decision. The Mittal school of Business at LPU has ACBSP accreditation. It has been highly ranked by MHRD too.     LPU has altered the selection criteria this year due to Covid-19 outbreak and lockdown. Now It includes the basic eligibility in graduation and then an interview. Interview will be conducted to check the communication skills, general knowledge, fluency, critical thought, etc. It is mandatory to get atleast 55% to take admission in Management programme at LPU. After meeting the eligibility norms, you can proceed for admission and can take better slabs of scholarship by taking early decision to take admission.     LPUs business school is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and programme (ACBSP). Which means your course will be accredited by ACBSP and you'll get a degree accredited by the USA. For admission you have to appear for interview which will be conduct online and last date to apply is 20th April 2020.     1. Normal MBA (six trimesters) with specialisations as Marketing, Finance and HR
    2. Specialised MBA I. e MBA (Financial Markets), MBA (Supply Chain), MBA (International Business), MBA (HHM), MBA (Business Analytics) and MBA (Tourism and Hospitality)

    In LPU, MBA programme comes under Mittal School of Business, is among the first 10 institutions in India to get ACBSP (USA) accreditation. Last year in MBA students got package of max 16 Lacs per annum and the average packages were of 5 Lacs per annum. In Lovely Professional University The placement opportunities in LPU are much better than other private universities as it is ranked the 5th amongst the other universities for its placement records.     Hi,
    This year due to COVID-19 pandemic situation across the country Lovely Professional University has changed admission procedure and minimizes it to online admissions only. Moreover, now, the interview only is mandatory to qualify and a candidate must have 55% aggregate marks in graduation. Thus, CAT XAT and MAT are really not required.     Hello, You can proceed for MBA Admission without CAT MAT or XAT exams. In LPU MBA eligibility is that you should have minimum 55% in your graduation (any stream) and you have to clear the Interview too.     Yes, you can get admission but you have to qualify the LPU NEST exam and Interview. LPU NEST is National Entrance and Scholarship Test for admission to various programmes in Lovely Professional University. This test forms the basis of eligibility for some of the programmes and for the scholarship for most of the programmes. Dear, For a B.P.Ed course in LPU, anybody who holds a degree in any discipline and has an aggregate mark of not less than 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) and participated in inter-college, zonal, district, or school-level sports competitions recognised by AIU/IOA/SGFI/Government of India is eligible.
